Xcel Wealth Management selected once again to Gator100

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Xcel Wealth Management was named to the University of Florida’s 2019 Gator100 during a ceremony on Feb. 22 at UF’s J. Wayne Reitz Union Grand Ballroom.

Sponsored by the UF Alumni Association, in partnership with the UF Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, the Gator100 recognizes the 100 fastest-growing businesses owned or led by UF alumni.  Ernst & Young calculated each company’s compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over the past three years to generate the ranking.

Xcel Wealth Management was ranked 24th in the world with a CAGR of 61.07%!

Xcel works with high net worth clients to manage their assets and develop financial plans to reach their goals.  They challenge their clients to think beyond a rate of return and focus on creating measurable plans that can pave the way for a much higher retirement income than conventional planning.

Jon Xynidis, president and owner of Xcel, graduated from the University of Florida in 1998.  Erick Palacios, MBA, graduated from the Warrington School of Business in 2001.  Both are proud of the accomplishment of achieving the Gator 100 designation two years in a row and are specially humbled by the trust clients continue to place upon our firm to help them achieve their financial goals!

“The Gator100 honors UF alumni from across the university who are founding and growing amazing companies around the country,” said Kent Fuchs, president of the University of Florida. “It’s an incredible affirmation of the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of the Gator Nation.”
