Jon S. Xynidis, President – Wealth Advisor

Jon has worked in the investment industry since 1999. He graduated from the University of Florida and entered the investment management arena. He began working as an institutional equity trader for hedge funds, mutual funds and institutional money managers. He then moved to the retail side where he worked as an asset manager for high net worth clients at a local firm. Ultimately he branched out and established the independent advisory firm, Xcel Wealth Management in 2011. His goal is to solely focus on wealth creation for his clients. His experience with equities, bonds, and other advanced strategies bring a unique level of active management and expertise for his clients.

Randall A. Beardsley – Wealth Advisor

Randy is a third generation Floridian and graduate from the University of Central Florida. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Randy has worked in the Financial industry for over 22 years, with a focus on Investment management. His experience includes Wealth management, Financial/Estate Planning, Business Solutions and Advance Insurance concepts. Randy is focused on developing a broadly diversified, properly allocated and strategically balanced portfolio for his clients long term success.

Randy is an avid fisherman and has served his community through several years of past president of Halifax Fishing Club among other project specific volunteer opportunities.

Suzanne K. Inklebarger – Administrative Assistant

Suzanne has spent the last 30 years in the financial services industry here in Volusia county. Her roles have ranged from bank branch management to retail banking and compliance. She has also worked as a bookkeeper for a family business.

Her goal is to provide a positive and welcoming experience with each client. Whether opening new accounts, transferring assets and/or account maintenance, Suzanne works to make the process as easy as possible.
